Theater can be insular. We're here to flip the script.

Giving back is not just a part of what we do. It's the whole reason OAA exists. We use theater as a platform to educate and inspire people of all ages and walks of life in our community. Read more about our community outreach programs below.

Leadership Council

You can't stop our kids from helping. It's a trait unique to the "OAA Kid." From offering opportunities to our students, the desire was born to offer opportunities to our community.

Senior Education

Our grandparents made us the people we are. For many of us, they took us to our first movie, concert, ballet or Broadway show! It's our turn to do the same for them.

North Mianus School

OAA Teaching Artists facilitate these residency programs and engage students through interactive theater curriculum in a collaborative way, enhancing the core values of each school's culture and igniting an enthusiasm for theatre arts.
