Open Arts Alliance is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, so your gifts are generally tax-deductible. In appreciation of your gift, OAA also offers various opportunities to access VIP events and other exclusive privileges that will enhance your theatre experience. With so many options for giving, there are opportunities for everyone to keep art moving.

Levels of Giving

The Producer’s Guild: $10,000

A member of The Producer’s Guild underwrites a portion of the Mainstage Musical, including scholarships for those in financial need. This production is open to all youth in the community, ages 6-18, and provides a hands-on experience in mounting a full production. Culminating performances are open to the public.

Donors will:
• be acknowledged on the website
• receive 5 complimentary tickets to a Mainstage Musical performance
• be recognized with signage at the sponsored event
• receive a personal “thank you” from the students in the sponsored program
Gifts tax-deductible to the highest extent by law.

The Director’s Branch: $5,000

A member of The Director’s Branch underwrites an 8-week “Broadway by the Year” or “’Yes, and…’ Improv” course to a local senior care facility. Both programs are fully interactive, and foster a positive, nostalgic, and healthy atmosphere for some of the most respected members of our community.

Donors will:
• be acknowledged on the website
• receive an invitation to visit sponsored class
• be recognized with signage at the sponsored event
• receive a personal “thank you” from the students in the sponsored program

The Designer’s League: $3,000

A member of The Designer’s League underwrites one performance of the current professional touring production, as well as a 30-participant workshop lead by trained teaching artists. Booking venues include: schools, hospitals, museums, libraries, camps, religious organizations, and birthday parties.

Donors will:
• be acknowledged on the website
• receive an invitation to the sponsored performance
• be recognized with signage at the sponsored event
• be announced and thanked before the sponsored performance

The Stage Manager’s Circle: $2,500

A member of The Stage Manager’s Circle underwrites one performance of the Junior Ensemble Tour. This musical revue uses music to bridge the gap between the eldest and youngest members of our community, and celebrates the universality of the performing arts.

Donors will:
•be acknowledged on the website
•receive an invitation to the sponsored performance
•be recognized with signage at the sponsored event
•be announced and thanked before the sponsored performance
•receive a personal “thank you” from the students in the sponsored program
Gifts tax-deductible to the highest extent by law.


Actor: $1,000-$2,499

Donors will:
• receive special invitations to select OAA events (including staged readings, rehearsals, and preview performances)
• be thanked in a personalized Facebook post, via the Open Arts Alliance page
• receive one Open Arts Alliance t-shirt

Audience: $500-$999

Donors will:
• receive special invitations to select OAA events (including staged readings, rehearsals, and preview performances)
• receive one Open Arts Alliance t-shirt


In-Kind Donations

OAA deeply values community involvement and donations of any kind. If you are interested in a making a non-monetary contribution to OAA, we would love to speak with you. Various examples of in-kind donations include: use of rehearsal space, photography services, et cetera. If you are interested in making an in-kind donation, please complete the attached form, and an OAA representative will contact you.
